Jen (Jennifer) Hall is a dedicated counsellor, life coach, psychotherapist and mindfulness meditation facilitator. Jen is also a published author, group leader and trainer in the field of personal transformation.
Jen believes that awareness, acceptance and understanding are keys to experiencing change in any area of life.
After a roller coaster ride through many brilliant, exhilarating ups and desperate and downright low lows, Jen has realized what works and what doesn’t work in living a life of balance, peace, harmony and progress. Life is a journey and the process of growth is life-long. When we realize this we can move one moment at a time allowing process and progress to unfold as we become more and more aware of our way of being in each new moment.
At times we can benefit from guidance and facilitation from an experienced professional as we experience struggles physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Jen says “My role as a counselor is to create a space for you to express your self, discover your depth and understand your way of being in the world in an environment of acceptance of who you are as you are.
